We are currently seeking a Security Plan Sales Trainee to join our Tampa team. This is a sales-focused position designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop strong communication skills, and build a long-term career. No previous industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply client consultation and sales processes
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Assist individuals with reviewing Life and Health Coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Develop sales, communication, and presentation skills
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
