Compensation
$60,000 – $75,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicate with clients daily to ensure projects stay on schedule and expectations are exceeded
- Review incoming projects and coordinate with internal teams prior to project kickoff
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and timelines
- Lead meetings and provide professional project updates
- Coordinate logistics and workflow across multiple active projects
- Manage project documentation, paperwork, reporting, and billing support
- Visit job sites as needed while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members
- Balance multiple priorities while keeping projects organized, efficient, and on track

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous Project Management experience within construction, industrial, or related environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer and client satisfaction
