Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience

Prior sales, customer service, leadership, athletics, military or other performance-driving experience is a plus
Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid work structure with 1.5 days in the office each week, typically on Mondays and Wednesdays, and approximately 3.5 days spent in the field meeting customers.

This is a high activity-driven role with clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and regular accountability. Success in this position requires strong self-management, consistent follow-through, and comfort working independently while meeting defined activity and performance goals.
Physical Requirements:

Travel by car with valid driver’s license, a clean BMV record and proof of insurance.
