Kitchen Crew (BOH) Responsibilities
- Prepare stations with fresh ingredients and supplies
- Cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Follow manager instructions, recipes, and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area
- Represent the BurgerFi brand with pride and professionalism
Cashier Crew (FOH) Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality
- Accurately ring up orders and suggest add‑ons/upsells
- Guide guests through the menu to ensure a great experience
- Handle cash/credit transactions and apply discounts correctly
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Keep your station clean and follow all food safety standard
