As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving production efficiency, enhancing product quality, implementing automation solutions, and supporting innovative manufacturing initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM tools to design tooling, fixtures, production layouts, and manufacturing solutions.
- Lead process improvement projects and support new product introduction activities while ensuring timely execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production, quality, and equipment-related issues.
- Program, troubleshoot, and support industrial equipment including CNC machines, robotics systems, PLCs, and vision inspection systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize plastics injection molding and other manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Maintenance, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed schematics, process documentation, electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
- Support factory operations by ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturing best practices.
- Improve assembly line performance through workflow optimization, line balancing, and industrial engineering techniques.
- Participate in tooling development, fabrication activities, CNC programming, welding procedures, and mechanical assembly projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ISO 9001 and other applicable industry requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAM programming software.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes including:
- CNC Machining
- Injection Molding
- Fabrication
- Welding
- Robotics
- Automation Systems
- Knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation technologies.
- Experience working with vision inspection systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding of:
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Tooling Design
- Manufacturing Process Development
- Mechanical Drawings and Schematics
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Corrective Action Planning.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Factory Optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
