We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Associate to support our construction operations by maintaining an organized, clean, and safe yard. This role is responsible for assisting with material handling, equipment organization, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring the yard is ready to support field operations.

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Organize and maintain the yard, storage areas, and inventory.

Receive, inspect, and stage incoming deliveries.

Prepare materials and equipment for field crews.

Keep the yard, shop, and work areas clean and free of debris.

Properly dispose of trash and other waste materials.

Assist with moving materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).

Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment and report any damage or maintenance needs.

Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude.

Valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

High school diploma preferred but not required.

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including a physical examination and 9-panel drug test.
