Salary : $27.52/hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : General Manager
Summary : Responsible for studying the Nation’s workflows and processes through research, assessment, and analysis, and will recommend and implement changes in order to increase productivity, improve efficiency and enhance quality of program delivery and service. This position will translate data and analytics for highly complex problems and offer recommendations and solutions to decision makers. It will serve as a conduit between the CEO-Nation Services and their Direct Reports by coordinating with all Divisions and their Teams in assessment and evaluation of operations through statistical analysis, numeric data and the mapping and graphing of patterns and trends. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Research, Management Science, or other closely related field.
