Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Community Liaison and Outreach Specialist to serve as a vital bridge between our home care services and the community. Duties
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations of home care services to educate stakeholders on benefits and features
- Build and manage strong relationships with referral sources through effective account management and B2B sales techniques
- Negotiate service agreements and coordinate onboarding processes with new partners or clients
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to raise awareness of home care options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Analyze community needs and feedback to improve outreach initiatives and service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare or community outreach
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills essential for building partnerships and managing accounts
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams and lead outreach campaigns effectively
- Excellent analysis skills to assess community needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, for presentations and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, medical terminology, or home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach within a team environment
