Basement 2 Finish is looking for an experienced JobTread implementation specialist/freelancer to help us build and organize our company operations inside JobTread.
We are a residential remodeling company and want JobTread to become the main operating system for our business — from estimating through project completion.
What We Need Help With
- JobTread setup and workflow design
- Estimating and cost catalog
- Proposals and contracts
- Payment schedules and invoicing
- Job templates and project milestones
- Scheduling and production coordination
- Work orders for crews and subcontractors
- Material ordering and tracking
- Change orders
- Client communication and approvals
- Dashboards and reporting
- QuickBooks Online integration
- Automations and integrations with other systems
- SOPs and team training
We are not looking for basic data entry. We need someone who understands how a construction/remodeling company operates and can help us design a simple, scalable system.

Pay: $30.74 - $37.02 per hour
