As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you'll spend your days comforting babies, celebrating developmental milestones, supporting daily routines, and building meaningful relationships with children and their families. Every smile, first step, and new skill is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in providing high-quality care for infants
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and daily care routines
- Engage infants in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels loved and secure

- Experience with children is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person
