We're looking for an energetic, self-motivated Admissions & Marketing Director to be the face of our facility. This isn't your typical desk job—you'll be out in the community, building partnerships, meeting new people, and helping families through one of life's most important decisions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
- Coordinate admissions from referral to arrival.
- Give tours and help families feel welcomed and supported.
- Represent our facility at networking events and community functions.
- Develop creative marketing ideas to grow our census.
- Work closely with our clinical and leadership teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, home health, or hospital experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, or referral processes.
