Licensed Surveyor
Location: Chesapeake, VA

Required Qualifications
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of Virginia is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; a two-year technical degree and/or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant land surveying experience, including field survey experience.
- Demonstrated experience performing boundary and control surveys.
- Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating survey crews and field technicians.
- Ability and willingness to work in the field as required.
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, procedures, techniques, and calculations.
- Experience using optical, electronic, magnetic, and mechanical surveying equipment.
- Familiarity with Trimble technology and survey software.
- Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows operating systems.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
