Our company manages residential properties from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings throughout Cuyahoga County. We are looking for a CLEANER. This is a versatile position that has many responsibilities that includes:
* Clean rental units during turnovers
* Clean common spaces of apartment buildings
* Conduct basic inspections
* Wait at properties for utility turn-ons
* Must have their own tools and vehicle
* Pay trip fees on some jobs
* This would be a 1099 position but we can provide steady hours; Paid every Friday
