Job Description
We are a growing last-mile logistics company seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
In this role, drivers are responsible for delivering packages safely, accurately, and efficiently while providing professional service to customers. Daily routes and package volumes are assigned based on operational needs. Drivers are expected to work independently, follow all delivery procedures, and meet daily performance expectations.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $150.00 to $500.00 per day.
- Compensation depends on route volume, route completion, and daily availability.
- Payments are made weekly.
- The first payment is issued during the third week, with weekly payments thereafter.
- Flexible schedule depending on route availability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned packages from the warehouse and load them into your vehicle in an organized manner.
- Deliver packages accurately and on time according to the assigned route.
- Use mobile delivery applications to scan packages and upload required proof-of-delivery photos.
- Carefully verify the address and house or apartment number before completing each delivery.
- Follow all delivery procedures, including photo requirements and package return processes.
- Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Report delays, vehicle problems, delivery exceptions, or other issues to dispatch or management promptly.
- Return undelivered packages to the warehouse as instructed.
- Maintain a professional attitude when communicating with customers and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and legal ability to drive in the United States.
- Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery, preferably an SUV, van, or similar vehicle.
- Basic smartphone skills and the ability to use mobile delivery applications.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing approximately 15 lbs.
- Dependable, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily delivery goals.
