Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing Specialist
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Order Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient processing of online orders, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and process online orders, including routing and shipment notifications
- Print labels and create Bills of Lading (BOL) for shipments
- Enter and summarize order data for reports
- Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups
- Maintain accurate inventory feeds and update records as needed
- Collaborate with other employees and the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with labeling packages in the warehouse, including some lifting
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
- Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
