As General Manager, some of your core activities will include:

Selecting, developing, maintaining, and motivating your employees.

Providing necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions.

Maximizing bottom line by increasing sales and controlling costs.

Taking full responsibility that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met.

Marketing the shop effectively in the surrounding areas.
In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

Know how to manage schedules.

Be able to identify for improvement in sales and costs.

Be able to handle several competing tasks at once.
-
Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.

Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures.
Requirements:

Full availability to work on weekends and evenings.

2 years prior management experience.
