We’re hiring a Bilingual Representative for a full-time, in-person role. If you enjoy working face-to-face with people, helping solve problems, and building real skills in customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to get started and grow.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options, set up services, and walk away with a great experience. We provide full training for customer representatives, so you don’t need prior experience, just the right attitude.
Bilingual Representative - What you’ll do:
- Work directly with customers in person, answering questions, explaining services, and helping them feel confident in their decisions
- Guide customers through setting up new accounts or making updates, ensuring everything is completed accurately and smoothly
- Support sales by recommending products and services that genuinely fit each customer’s needs
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers, building rapport, and delivering a positive experience from start to finish
- Handle customer concerns professionally, offering clear solutions and maintaining a high level of service
- Keep track of customer interactions, update account information, and process transactions as needed
- Stay informed on current promotions, services, and offerings so you can provide helpful, up-to-date information
Bilingual Representative - What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), English is minimum required
- Strong communication and people skills in a face-to-face environment
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in both customer service and sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person setting
