As a full-time Sales Representative you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to develop professionally, earn uncapped commissions, and make an impact from day one.
How you’ll make an impact
- Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
- Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach.
- Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for long-term career growth.
How you’ll partner with others
- Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities.

What It Takes To Succeed
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.
- A self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be helpful if you have:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

*POWER offers a $3,900 sign-on bonus, which will be paid weekly in $325 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the twelve weeks of initial training
