We are a team of about 7 production employees who is looking to add a crew member. You will start off at a minimum of $20/hr. After a 90-day probationary period, you will receive a complete benefits package, valued around $6/hr which includes 100% of health insurance premium paid for, plus PTO and many other benefits. We will conduct extensive training on-site but to be considered please have mechanical experience.
We are seeking to fill our 3rd shift, Mon-Thursday: 7pm-7am.

The operator shall be proficient in all three operating jobs at the New Cambria Facility. The responsibility of the operator is to produce a safe and legal food product. The operator must sufficiently perform all of the required food safety checks, complete all assigned documents, and maintain proper housekeeping in the facility.
Warehouse
Responsibilities while working in the warehouse:
· Operate the forklift safely and efficiently
· Operate the palletizer and keep the cage stocked with pallets at all times
· Properly wrap, cover, and store all pallets
· Be proficient in loading a truck
· Keep the warehouse properly stocked with packaging materials
· Be proficient in all pertinent SQF documents
· Responsible for completing the Daily/Weekly/Monthly warehouse sanitation duties
· Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance in the warehouse
· Assist in other areas when help is needed
Packer
Responsibilities while operating the packer:
· Operate the flour delivery system
· Be proficient in operating both packing lines, ink jet printer, metal detectors, bundler, and labeler
· Maintain, lube, clean, and keep the equipment stocked with packaging material
· Keep the work area properly supplied with supplies
· Work the rebolt sifter
· Be proficient in all pertinent SQF documents
· Responsible for completing the Daily/Weekly/Monthly packaging sanitation duties
· Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance on packaging lines
· Assist in other areas when help is needed
Mill
Responsibilities while operating the mill:
· Possess the ability to operate the grain cleaning system and truck unload
· Operate the valve system, and equipment that delivers wheat to the mill
· Have complete working knowledge of the milling system
· Be able to perform the quality tests and adjust the mill accordingly
· Be proficient in all pertinent SQF documents
· Responsible for completing the Daily/Weekly/Monthly mill and grain sanitation duties
· Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance on the mill and grain cleaning equipment
· Assist in other areas when help is needed
The Mill Operator will be responsible for completing tasks, asked by management, which may not appear on the job description
