Medication administration and documentation for residents in a personal care setting.
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone.
Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and physician as directed.
