About the Role
OVC Plumbing & Drain is seeking an experienced Team Lead Installer to oversee and support plumbing installation crews across multiple projects in Orange County. This role requires strong plumbing knowledge, leadership ability, and the professionalism to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will supervise installers working on angle stop replacements, water heater installations, and other structured plumbing projects — while also performing repairs yourself to set the standard and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing installers on assigned projects
- Perform and oversee angle stop, supply line, and water heater installations
- Lead by example by performing repairs alongside installers
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure:
- No leaks
- No damage to property
- All work meets OVC standards and protocols
- Ensure installers follow all safety and operational procedures
- Work closely with management to:
- Review and collect installer timesheets
- Track and verify inventory
- Ensure tools are returned and accounted for
- Collect tools from installers at the end of shifts or project phases
- Communicate with clients to confirm project goals and repair targets are met
- Train, coach, and mentor plumbing installers to improve performance and technique
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites
Requirements
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (installation-focused preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tools, diagnostics, and installation procedures
- Proven leadership or crew‑lead experience
- Ability to train and mentor installers
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license
- Based in Orange County
- Monday–Friday availability (8‑hour shifts)
Schedule
- Full‑time
- Monday to Friday

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Plumbing: 3 years (Required)
