At Maintenance Chef, we’re redefining what it means to work in commercial food equipment service. Our technicians enjoy a true work-life balance — a steady 40-hour work week with paid overtime when needed — while supporting some of the most recognized brands and institutions across Colorado.
We service and maintain a wide range of commercial equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration, walk-in coolers, rack systems, ice machines, glycol systems, HVAC, and related electrical systems. Service calls are dispatched based on your skill level, and we invest heavily in development through ongoing in-house and manufacturer-led training.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Document work through mobile applications for invoicing and estimating
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial or residential HVAC/R or appliance repair
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- EPA 608 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work in tight spaces
