A Day in the Life
As a Service Scheduler in our Business Development Center (BDC), you will help customers keep their vehicles running safely and smoothly. You will be one of the first people customers speak with when they need maintenance, repairs, or information about our service department.
Your day will begin by reviewing scheduled appointments, checking messages, and following up on customer requests. Throughout the day, you will answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers who need to schedule, confirm, or reschedule service appointments.
You will listen carefully to each customer’s concerns, gather accurate information about their vehicle, and help select an appointment time that works for both the customer and our service department. You may also contact customers about recommended maintenance, missed appointments, service reminders, or other opportunities to assist with their vehicle needs.
You will work closely with our Service Advisors and service team to help keep the schedule organized and customers informed. Some days will be busy, so the ability to stay calm, organized, and professional while handling multiple conversations is important.
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience would be especially helpful because you will need to understand basic vehicle maintenance, recognize common service concerns, and communicate customer needs clearly to the service department.
