You keep the operation moving. Every day you'll optimize schedules, route technicians efficiently, communicate with customers, and adapt quickly as priorities change. You'll balance planned appointments with emergency services, make smart decisions in real time, and help ensure every technician is productive while every customer knows what to expect. When you do your job well, the day runs smoothly, for both the field and the customer.

Pick up your portion of the board each shift and launch your trucks on time according to the set schedule.

Route technicians strategically so drive time between jobs stays tight.

Slot emergencies fast to the nearest capable tech.

Call or message the customer the moment a window is at risk, before the clock runs out, not after.

Keep your board true and up-to-date.

Reconcile your board at end of shift with zero orphaned or unclosed jobs.

Facilitate communications between departments to ensure all involved parties are kept up-to-date and are in the loop.

3+ years of dispatching experience within the Plumbing, HVAC & Home Services industries

Experience in scheduling and coordinating a field or service team with a track record of running a busy board under pressure.
