Pest Control Technician – Brandon, FL
Friendly Pest Solutions is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician for our Brandon location. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and customer-focused who wants to build a long-term career with a growing local pest control company. This position involves working outdoors in Florida weather conditions, attics, crawl spaces, and driving a daily service route.
Our company is known for friendly service, reliable communication, and responsible pest control solutions for residential and commercial customers.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity
- Identify pest issues and recommend proper treatment solutions
- Perform general pest control services safely and professionally
- Drive a company vehicle to scheduled service stops
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Explain services and prevention tips clearly
- Complete service notes and daily route responsibilities
- Offer helpful add-on services when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Pest control experience is helpful but not required
Pay & Bonuses
- Starting pay: $3,400 per month
