Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. This role is school based. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers. Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs.
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and oversee the delivery of ABA therapy across various settings, including home-based and school environments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent application of intervention strategies.
- Supervise RBTs accordingly.
- Collect, analyze, and document medical records, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine eligibility for services and tailor interventions accordingly.
- Support clients through intake processes, ongoing treatment adjustments, and discharge planning while maintaining clear communication about progress.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities in clinical, home-based, or school settings.
- Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
- Excellent client communication skills along with the ability to provide clear guidance to families and team members.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with developmental disabilities in educational or clinical environments, expertise in behavioral psychological assessments, clinical supervision skills, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
