We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at our properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic sales initiatives and foster client relationships.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage customer relationships through effective negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Creating and maintaining relationships with area groups/accounts.
- Cultivate promising sales leads
- Attend and network at community events
- Schedule and visit outside sales calls
