Uplands Counseling Associates, Inc. (UCA) is a well-established, multi-disciplinary, private practice group with clinics in Madison and Dodgeville, WI. We are a group of committed professionals (PhD psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs) who enjoy working in a positive, collaborative environment and who share the belief that change and personal growth are a natural part of living a full, satisfying life.
We are currently seeking a licensed clinician to provide hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services in our Madison office. We offer a great deal of flexibility to tailor your schedule to your preferences. Compensation range is competitive and based upon hours worked.

Requirements/Skills/Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide exemplary outpatient therapy services for couples, families, or individuals across a range of presenting concerns.
- Ability to offer in-person sessions in Madison, WI at least two days per week
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including providing affirming care to those in the LGBTQIA2+ community.
- Current valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist license in the state of WI, following completion of appropriate MA, MS, PhD, or PsyD degree program
- At least 1 year experience working as licensed professional preferred
- Maintain current license; complete required CEUs
- Must pass caregiver background check
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Motivated/self-directed practice style
- Develop/maintain referral base
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments, treatment plans and progress notes
- Complete crisis assessment with disposition as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough client charts as directed by clinic policy
- Follow clinic procedures consistent with professional ethics, best practices & HIPAA
- Collaborate with PCPs, psychiatrists, fellow mental health clinicians, guidance counselors, teachers, families, to coordinate client care as needed
- Maintain professional, effective relationships with staff, clients & community agencies
- Attend peer consultation and all-staff meetings (online)
- Review outstanding A/R in a timely fashion

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
