Job Summary
· Hosts are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, organizing waitlists, assisting with dining room clean up during dinner service, and being a friendly face to welcome guests.
Shifts:
Friday, Saturdays from 5pm-10pm

· Ability to greet guests with a smile
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must have sense of urgency
· Ability to maintain a clean environment in a busy setting
· Knowledge of restaurant seating procedures
Duties
· Welcome customers into the establishment
· Seat guests in an organized and timely manner
· Answer phone when necessary
· Effectively manage seating chart and server rotation
· Assist with cleaning and straightening tables if necessary
