Restaurant Server
The Restaurant Server is required to be friendly, energetic, and service-oriented. Our Restaurant Server will provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Skill set should include being attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable about the restaurant’s menu, ensuring customer satisfaction from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Dining Experience
- Greet guests warmly, introduce yourself, and guide them through the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally.
Order Management & Coordination
- Enter orders into the POS system correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Deliver checks, process payments, and provide change or receipts as needed.
Table Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Set up and prepare tables before guests arrive.
- Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and server stations.
Teamwork & Restaurant Support
- Assist fellow servers, hosts, and bussers during peak hours.
- Keep up-to-date with menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Experience: Previous experience as a server or in customer service is a plus, but not required—training provided.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent walking and standing.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.
- Ability to carry trays, plates, and drinks comfortably.

Pay: $4.00 - $6.50 per hour
