Analyze operational data to detect patterns, system inefficiencies, or potential upgrades. Maintain accurate system logs and prepare operational reports.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate effectively with field crews, engineers, dispatchers, and emergency response teams to coordinate switching and restoration activities.
System Maintenance Support:
Collaborate in scheduled system maintenance and inspection programs, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all system events, switching operations, outages, and restoration efforts.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to company safety policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. Promote a safety-first culture .
Training & Development:
Participate in regular training programs to stay updated on SCADA/DMS tools, safety procedures , and evolving utility standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, planning, and maintenance teams to implement upgrades, expansions, and corrective actions.
