Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator
Lakeville, MN | Full-Time (32-36 hrs/week)
Starting Pay: $18–22/hour (based on experience), plus performance bonuses, raises, and growth opportunities.

The Position
We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome.
This isn't just a front desk position.
You'll be the first impression of our clinic, helping guide new patients from their first phone call through their care while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.
No chiropractic experience? That's okay. We can teach skills. We can't teach attitude.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop leadership, communication, marketing, and healthcare experience while growing alongside a fast-moving business.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Coordinate new patient visits and help manage patient flow
- Assist with chiropractic therapies (all training provided)
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Help create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Support marketing initiatives and community events
- Work closely with our doctors and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
