Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 Annually

Veltex Recovery Group is seeking an energetic, motivated, and growth-minded professional to serve as Director of Operations & Growth for our women’s residential substance use disorder treatment program.
This is not a traditional administrative position. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about helping organizations grow, improving operational performance, building community relationships, supporting admissions, and helping women achieve lasting recovery.
The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership to oversee daily operations, strengthen referral relationships, support admissions and intake processes, participate in outreach initiatives, and help drive census growth.

Primary Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Assist with oversight of daily residential program operations
- Support staff supervision, accountability, and performance improvement
- Ensure operational consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and program development
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work collaboratively with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals
Admissions & Intake
- Participate in admissions coordination and intake processes
- Assist prospective clients and families through the admissions process
- Follow up on inquiries, referrals, and admissions opportunities
- Support census growth initiatives and admissions conversion efforts
Outreach & Business Development
- Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout West Virginia and surrounding regions
- Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, treatment programs, hospitals, courts, and community organizations
- Participate in networking events, community engagement activities, and marketing initiatives
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Veltex Recovery Group
- Identify opportunities to expand referral networks and organizational growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Organizational Leadership, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred
- Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, and related degrees will also be considered
- Experience in healthcare operations, behavioral health, admissions, outreach, business development, case management, or program management preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required

Employment Requirements
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
- Successful completion of West Virginia Cares background investigation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
