Complete and document patient assessments, care plans, and changes in condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care, education, and discharge plans.
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
Perform clinical procedures, implement provider orders, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Utilize critical thinking, SBAR communication, and sound judgment to promote patient safety.
Delegate tasks appropriately and provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
Prioritize workload, facilitate patient flow, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Serve as a role model, resource, and mentor while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Participate in orientation, professional development, and shared governance activities. Maintain licensure, complete required training, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
