Overnight Caregiver (La Crosse, WI)
Community Horizons is assisting a member in La Crosse, WI to find a dependable, compassionate caregiver who is the right fit for his overnight support needs.
Schedule:
- Every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
- 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate:
- Starting at $23.15 per hour
Position Overview
The caregiver will provide full overnight support in the member’s home, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality care throughout the shift. Ideal candidates are patient, conversational, reliable, and willing to learn.
Primary Responsibilities
- Transfer assistance using a ceiling lift
- Full bathing and dressing support
- G-tube care, trach care, and suctioning
- Incontinence care and changing
- Medication administration via g-tube
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and positive interaction throughout the shift
Requirements
- Preferred caregiving or medical experience (willing to train the right person)
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- Favorable background check
- Genuine compassion and a caring heart
