Major Appliance Delivery Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Deliver, place, and assist with the installation of premium appliances while providing an exceptional customer experience. Ensure products arrive safely, homes remain damage-free, and customers receive professional service that reflects Albano Appliance's standards.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery & Transportation
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload appliances.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery equipment.
- Follow all DOT, safety, and company driving policies.
- Maintain a clean and professional delivery vehicle.
Product Handling & Placement
- Protect customer homes, cabinetry, flooring, and products during delivery.
- Use dollies, straps, floor protection, and moving equipment properly.
- Verify model and serial numbers before delivery completion.
- Position appliances according to customer or installer requirements.
Customer Experience
- Professionally greet customers and explain the delivery process.
- Review delivered products and answer basic customer questions.
- Obtain signatures and complete delivery documentation.
- Resolve minor issues and escalate concerns promptly.
Installation Support (as authorized)
- Install power cords, water lines, anti-tip brackets, and other approved accessories.
- Perform operational checks and product demonstrations.
- Remove packaging materials and leave work areas clean.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Report accidents, damages, and safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Appliance, furniture, or white-glove delivery experience preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
