Tabulae Eyewear is looking for a motivated, confident, and friendly ABO Certified Optical Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are a modern, independent eyewear brand focused on high-quality frames, custom lenses, and an elevated customer experience.

Who we’re looking for:
- Optical sales experience (fitting and sales) is a must!
- Open and eager to learn and grow within the brand
- Friendly and CONFIDENT personality with strong people skills
- A natural seller who can confidently convert walk-ins into customers
- Detail-oriented and capable of running day-to-day store operations
- Capable to multitask with multiple clients and duties required to maintain easy flow in the shop
- ABO Certified is a plus! Optical fitting and sales experience is a MUST!
Salary
- Part-Time Opportunity with a potential for Full Time
- $22-25/ hour (based on experience) + commission
- Strong knowledge in optical fitting and sales required
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with frame styling and lens recommendations
- Drive sales and deliver a high-conversion retail experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Handle basic optical tasks (take measurements, do adjustments) and learn in-house processes
- Provide an exceptional, personalized customer service
- Willing and able to open and close the store following simple guidelines
- Open minded to critique in order to improve overall skillset
