General School Nurse (RN) - School Setting
1 Opening | Full-Time | 39-Week Contract
Amergis is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RNs) to support student health services within a school district for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment with strong clinical support from an experienced nursing team.
Position Details
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Contract Length: 39 Weeks
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: 7.5 hours per day
- Pay: $50/ hour
Requirements
- Current MA RN License
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaboration with school staff to support student health needs

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- School Nurse Certification as required by state or contract
- One year of school nursing, public health or pediatric experience, preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
