Our company is looking for a groundskeeper/maintenance technician at two manufactured housing communities in Trinity and Athens. Candidates should have the following skills/abilities:
- Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
- Experience in make ready and landscaping
- Basic plumbing including toilet installation and faucet replacement
- Basic electrical work such as installing light fixtures, outlets, and switches
- Respond to occasional weekend and evening emergency calls
- Keep accurate records of repairs, expenditures, and make ready status
- Carpentry skills such as installing/replacing windows, doors, and trim preferred but not required
- Must have own reliable transportation to and from work, tools, and cell phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
