GSquared Ace Hardware is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to help provide the outstanding customer service our community has come to expect. If you enjoy helping people, staying active, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products and recommending solutions for their projects.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Help receive and unload deliveries.
- Maintain inventory and ensure products are properly priced and displayed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn about hardware, tools, paint, lawn & garden, and home improvement products.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
- Must be dependable and available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
