Entry Level Estimator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Estimator to join our expanding team and help bring multifamily projects to life across multiple states.
What You’ll Do
- Review blueprints and prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for multifamily wood framing projects
- Use industry tools such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Timberline, and Excel
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team that values communication and precision
- Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement discussions
- Occasionally visit job sites to see your work in action
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, proactive, and eager to learn attitude and strong attention to detail
- Dependable and organized
- Experience with blueprint reading or data entry is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable working independently and focusing for extended periods

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some overtime may be required)
