Service BDC Representative
Capital Ford of Wilmington is seeking our next Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced and expanding industry. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound internet and phone inquiries, generating service appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
Respond promptly to internet service inquiries via phone and email
Schedule service appointments and follow up with no-show customers
Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction
Contact customers regarding current service promotions and marketing campaigns
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers
Manage a follow-up system that drives repeat business and referrals
Generate appointments that result in dealership visits
Strong computer skills
Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently set appointments
Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
Professional, prompt, and customer-focused demeanor
