Co-Staff Corp. is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators, Reach Truck Operators, and Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Drivers for a leading distribution and warehouse operation in Janesville, WI.

Shift Options
- 1st Shift: $17.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: $19.00/hour
2nd and 3rd shift employees must complete one week of training on 1st shift. Overtime availability is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Pick, transport, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Perform order picking and material movement in warehouse racking systems.
- Verify product quantities, locations, and shipment information.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of recent experience operating a reach truck, stand-up forklift, or similar powered industrial vehicle (PIV).
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, logistics operation, or high-volume warehouse.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting.
- Forklift certification or formal equipment training.
