Sterilization Technician (Entry-Level Opportunity)

Dental experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in becoming a Dental Assistant in the future.
Responsibilities
- Process and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines
- Prepare instrument trays and treatment rooms for patient care
- Break down, clean, disinfect, and reset operatories between patients
- Maintain sterilization equipment and accurate sterilization logs
- Monitor inventory of sterilization supplies and notify management when supplies are low
- Assist the clinical team with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Support the dental assistants and doctors as needed throughout the day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
