CAST BLOCK AUTO PARTS INC. is a rapidly growing automotive parts company specializing in OEM, reconditioned, and aftermarket body parts, including bumpers, headlights, grilles, body kits, and other collision repair components. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse storage efficiently.
- Coordinate container unloading and inbound shipments.
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and on-time shipping.
- Develop and improve warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and office teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
- Automotive parts or distribution warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse organization.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
