Position Summary
Community Relations & Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and personable professional who can serve as the first point of contact for our business, provide direct support to leadership, and help manage our company’s public image. This unique role blends receptionist duties, personal assistant support, and brand/public relations responsibilities.
As the face of the company, this individual will represent us in the office, online, and at community events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in both professional settings and public-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and meeting area.
Personal/Executive Assistant Support
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership.
Public Image, Community, & Brand Management
- Represent the company at local events, networking opportunities, and volunteer activities.
- Build strong relationships with community organizations and partners.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and online reputation.
- Coordinate with marketing/communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative, receptionist, or assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, comfortable in public and social settings.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online reputation tools is a plus.
- High level of discretion and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
