Position Description:
Join a premier full-service HVAC construction, service, and maintenance provider specializing in commercial systems across Texas. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of multiple field projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Leading field crews, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews across multiple job sites in Lewisville, TX.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
- Review project plans, schedules, staffing needs, and material requirements to optimize project execution.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and address any quality or safety issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and foremen to foster high-performing teams.
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation including time sheets, change orders, and field reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Top Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC field operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and building codes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required
- Experience with retrofit projects and mechanical project management is a plus
