Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in inventory control or restaurant operations, intermediate computer skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes, supporting our order fulfillment operations, and ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for fulfillment.

Receive, count, and inspect incoming cannabis shipments in a timely and organized manner for accuracy and quality.

Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory in real-time.

Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring all products are properly labeled, stored, and compliant with regulations.

Manage the physical movement of inventory as well as updates in inventory management systems.

Communicate any discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns promptly to leadership.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

1 - 2 years of experience in inventory, fulfillment, or restaurant operations highly preferred

Prior experience in Dutchie or Biotrack Systems

Familiarity with Excel and/or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic math operations

High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs

Familiarity with cannabis products and compliancy is a plus
