Position Overview
Specialty: Home Health RN / Care Manager
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: Approximately every 4th weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Multiple Openings Available
Minimum Requirements
Active VT or Compact RN license
Home Health experience required
OASIS experience required
Home care travel experience preferred
Homecare Home Base (HCHB) experience preferred
COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
