As the Junior Accountant, you will:

Prepare journal entries, bank transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations

Support the monthly close process, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, and allocations
-
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
-
Maintain fixed asset records and monthly depreciation schedules
-
Support sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and other compliance requirements
-
Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
-
Help improve accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-
1–3 years of accounting experience

Recent experience using NetSuite

Experience supporting month-end close and account reconciliations
-
Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
